Volunteer Registration Open Now!
CURE Network’s fifth clinic program will be held on September 18-19, 2015 at the Park District of LaGrange in LaGrange, IL.
This 2-day clinic will provide general medical screening, vision exams, eyeglasses (made on-site or sent via the mail), dental screening, dental hygiene, dental fillings and extractions. In addition, free flu shots will be available. All services will be provided on-site.
